On Wednesday, June 1, the Swope, Rodante Vanguard End of the Year Awards Banquet was held at The Columbia Restaurant in Ybor City. We are pleased to announce that our legal team at Vanguard Attorneys is part of this program, and our very own Attorney Elizabeth Munro attended the event. During the awards ceremony, various speakers honored the achievements, outstanding performances, and community involvement of various student athletes and coaches.
Markese Hargrove, a senior football player from Plant City High School won the MVP Student Athlete Away. Hargrove plans to play football for the University of South Florida and pursue a degree in Computer Science. Jeanette Rosado, the soccer coach for Leto High School, was elected Female Coach of the Year. Last but certainly not least, Mark Altimari was awarded Male Coach of the Year. Altimari is a track and cross-country coach for Robinson High School.
